What time is check-in and check-out?
Normally, check-in is at 2PM and check-out is at 12PM. But during peak seasons, public holidays, and school holidays, check-in starts at 3PM. This later check-in time allows us to thoroughly clean, restock, and address any maintenance needs, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for you!
How do I check-in and check-out?
It’s simple! We’ll send you check-in and check-out instructions, along with the door code, via WhatsApp for a smooth and simple process.
Where can I park?
We offer a secure, guarded parking lot on the ground floor to keep your vehicle safe throughout your stay. Just register your vehicle with the resort’s guard upon arrival, with a small RM10 fee per vehicle per day.
Do I need to pay to use the swimming pool?
Yes, there’s a small fee of RM5 per person, charged for each entry, which helps maintain the pool’s cleanliness and safety. It’s open from 7AM to 7PM though, so you can choose the most convenient time to take a dip and enjoy some relaxation!
Can I bring alcohol in?
As the homestay is Muslim-owned, alcohol and pork are strictly not allowed. We also kindly request no late-night parties to respect our neighbours.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed to maintain a clean, allergy-free environment for all guests, and avoid potential disturbances to neighbours. So please leave your fur kids at home!
Is Wi-Fi available?
Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi is provided. But we believe this is an opportunity for you to unplug and reconnect with your loved ones!
How many bathrooms are in the unit?
There are two bathrooms:
- One with a luxurious bathtub, and shower (and water heater) and toilet.
- One with a shower (and water heater) only.
Are toiletries provided?
Yes, we provide towels, shower gel, and shampoo for your convenience. So there’s no need to pack those!
Can I cook at the homestay?
Yes, our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Feel free to whip up your favourite meals, and enjoy quality time!
Can I use my streaming accounts on the Smart TV?
Yes! Feel free to connect to your own Netflix or other streaming accounts, but please use your own mobile data since Wi-Fi is not provided.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide monthly rental options at this time, as we want to ensure that our homestay remains available for as many guests as possible.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful space for everyone!
When you’re staying with us, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- A deposit of RM200 is required, which will be returned within one day after check-out (latest).
- No drugs, illegal activities, alcohol, or smoking are allowed on the property.
- As we are a Muslim-owned homestay, pork and pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Please keep noise levels low after 11 PM to respect our neighbours and fellow guests.
- Take note that we can comfortably host up to 12 people (excluding babies and toddlers).
- We’re unable to take responsibility for lost items, so please take care of your belongings.
- Please help us keep the carpets clean. If there are stains, a portion of your deposit may be deducted.
- Please remove your shoes indoors.
- Kindly take out the trash when you check out.
- Heavy cooking isn’t permitted, but you’re welcome to enjoy light home-cooked meals in our kitchen.
- Lastly, please leave all house items behind for future guests to enjoy!
